4 Stars for this book and this series!

The first time Stone saw Winnie, she was alone in the woods with no memory of where she came from.
With one look, he knew something was different. When she finally came of age and her mating heat kicked in, he realized that she had always been the one.
Sent to live with a strange family, Winnie was forced to deal with the hateful treatment of her stepmother and stepsisters.
Mating the alpha changed that.
But when her past comes back to find her, will the heat last after the clock strikes midnight?
Warning: This shifter fairy tale is meant to be enjoyed by only those who love this kind of adorable stuff. Think you’ve got what it takes? Then come on in!

Review:
This is a great little series and I loved the first book so much I one-clicked right away for book two. Book 2 was awesome and I totally loved X and Gwen, who were forefront in this story also. As Winnie’s actual only friend, Gwen had her back as much as Winnie would allow. Sadly, being in love with Gwen’s brother (the pack Alpha) made it hard to be around her…her eyes were his eyes and even his smell was often on her. Fast forward to Winnie coming into her age…understand her maturity which means she could find her mate…and find him she did. Her mate was none other than her one love, her crush and her nemesis: Stone. I loved how Winnie made him work for it. Of course they loved each other, they had since the moment they met years ago, but it was the maturity of the moment that I loved. As they mate and share themselves, I was so happy that Winnie heard all the words she needed to hear. Ahhhh…Hearts a flutter! If you are looking for a fast, fun, paranormal twisty type romantic series with hot beasties…get this one. Enjoy!
