Just one taste . . .
The only thing worse than a food addict falling for a chef is a food addict falling for a chef with a sex addiction. And yet somehow that’s exactly what I’ve done. With his tall, fit body, mischievous smile, and sexy Australian accent, Liam is double-chocolate gelato: a sinfully satisfying dish I can’t stop craving. He says we’re good together, that we can make each other better. But what if he’s wrong? What if we’re just feeding each other’s addiction? What if just one taste of Liam is too much?

Yikes…this one was heavy! Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t do well with addictions. Even worse are those who battle addictions where they actually still need “their drug of choice”. Alcoholics, drug, shopping and gambling addicts can all live without their addiction, but food and sex the addict must learn to live in moderation. This is the journey of two addicts who learn to love themselves first in order to heal and move past their addictions towards a life free of the controls food/sex had over their every waking and sleeping moment. Moments were harsh, conversations where painful and in the end, we got a happy for now, but I was still left raw. Enjoy!
